Helmet Modification Service

Custom Cuts provides custom helmet modifications to your existing ACH (including MICH 2000 and 2002) and OpsCore style helmets (BALLISTIC ARMOR CO, HHV, OpsCore, Etc) We do not cut or modify any PASGT or CVC helmets.

The current turn-around time is 7 business days from being received.

Please identify which helmet you have as well as what your desired cut may be. Options for cuts include modifying an OpsCore High Cut Helmet to an Ultra High Cut Helmet and a standard high cut for all other supported helmets.

If you are unsure of what helmet you have, please reach out to our team to better assist and identify which helmet you are in possession of. 99% of GI shells will use ACH rails.

Return shipping is covered as part of the cost. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the helmet to Spearhead's Helmet Modification Branch. Follow-on instructions will be emailed to you after checkout.
